Donna Internicola: Office Administrator/ Project Manager

Donna comes to BCS from the health care industry with a background as director of business services for a retirement community as well as for a day service for people with memory impairment.  Wanting a change in life direction, Donna found career assistance which helped clarify her goals and abilities and she was able to bring her skills to BCS.  Because of both a desire to assist others in assisting themselves and her own desire to learn, grow, and expand in other directions within her work environment, she is very happy to be a member of BCS.

Donna’s Bachelor of Arts Degree is from Marylhurst University in Social Sciences. Although her focus was Gerontology, her main quest consistently returned to finding meaning and purpose throughout the life course. What is it that is essential to our life satisfaction as human beings in work and relationships? How do we find this and implement it into our lives? 

Donna has a passion for the arts, for writing,  learning, creative endeavors, creative problem solving.  She is a lifelong learner who loves to assist others in achieving their goals.
